Critical Role launches its newest campaign on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Series regulars Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Liam O’Brien, Marisha Ray, Sam Riegel, and Travis Willingham return, while recurring contributors Luis Carazo, Robbie Daymond, Aabria Iyengar, Whitney Moore, and Alex Ward will also appear. In a notable change behind the screen, Dimension 20 game master Brennan Lee Mulligan takes on the Dungeon Master role for Campaign 4 instead of Matthew Mercer.
This season introduces the new realm of Aramán. When and where does Critical Role Campaign 4 stream?
Campaign 4 premieres on October 2, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. EDT / 7:00 p.m. PDT. New episodes will air live on Thursdays on Twitch, YouTube, and Critical Role’s membership platform, Beacon, which also offers presales for live events, exclusive merch discounts, and access to a private Discord.
If you can’t catch the live stream, Beacon subscribers receive immediate on-demand access. Episodes are posted publicly to YouTube the following Monday at 3:00 p.m. EDT / 12:00 p.m. PDT.
Critical Role will also produce a companion podcast for Campaign 4. Beacon members get early access to the full podcast episode at 10:00 p.m. EDT / 7:00 p.m. PDT on release day; ad-supported podcast editions will be distributed in two parts, with the first installment arriving one week after the original episode and the second following on the subsequent Tuesday.
