How to Unlock Dual Sidearms in Mina the Hollower
In Mina the Hollower, firepower is king, and carrying a single sidearm is rarely enough to handle the threats lurking in the shadows. Fortunately, you can expand your arsenal by unlocking a second sidearm slot, allowing you to seamlessly toggle between tools like the mist jar and the beckoning collar. To make this upgrade a reality, you will need to track down the elusive Dual Sidearm permit.
Here is how to secure the Dual Sidearm permit and maximize your tactical options.
Unlocking the Dual Sidearm Permit
To upgrade your inventory and gain a second slot, you must visit Brandish. You can find this character situated just above the Music Hall in the western section of Ossex, known as the Bowery. If you approach him too early, he will likely turn you away, instructing you to return only after you have strengthened your character.

Once you meet this prerequisite, return to him and witness his transformation into his alter ego, Holden. You can then purchase the permit for 2,000 bones. Once acquired, the second slot becomes permanently available.
Using your new equipment is simple: on a keyboard, press E to cycle through your sidearms, or use the RB/R2 or Select/Back buttons if you are playing with a controller.
