Resolved a critical crash occurring during the map generation process for “Jebus Outcast” and “All Around” scenarios.

Fixed an issue that caused Law and Astrology points to stagnate at the start of each week. (We sympathize with those Monday blues, but these points should now track properly regardless of the day!)
