Gameplay and Balancing Tweaks
Melee in PvE
One-Handed Thunder Hammer
- Base damage has been boosted by 10%.
- Forced stagger from charging stances has been temporarily removed. (This feature will make its return in an upcoming patch once we refine it to prevent abuse.)
- Underhand Swing damage has been significantly increased by 67%.
- Echoing Swing wave damage has been doubled (increased by 100%).
- Energized Strike damage has been doubled (100% increase), and its damage radius has been expanded by 50%.
- Overall control responsiveness immediately following Energized Strikes has been greatly improved.
- Charged attack damage has been raised by 25%, accompanied by substantial improvements to cleave mechanics.
One-Handed Thunder Hammer Perks
- Charge Overflow: Effect duration is now extended to 20 seconds.
- Rapid Recharge: Cooldown timer has been reduced to 15 seconds.
- Deflective Charge: Cooldown timer has been reduced to 20 seconds.
- Reverberating Slam: Resolved an issue where the secondary strike occasionally failed to register proper damage or scale with perks.
- Perfect Reprisal: Now applies to all Light Attacks throughout its full 7-second duration rather than just the initial strike.
- Preparedness & Brutal Reforge: These perks now trigger exclusively upon securing kills with the One-Handed Hammer, rather than simply having the weapon equipped.
Heroic One-Handed Thunder Hammer – Power Maul
- The damage bonus scaling per charge has been increased to 30%.
Firearms in PvE
Melta Rifle
- Standard-Issue and non-range-specialized variants: The damage falloff distance now begins at 3 meters instead of 5.
- Default maximum ammunition reserve has been increased by 2, bringing the total to 12.
- Default magazine capacity has been increased by 1, bringing the total to 6.
- Magazine size and maximum ammunition reserves have both been increased by 1 for the Master-Crafted – Beta, Drogos Reclamation – Alpha, and Ophelian Liberation – Alpha variants.
- Master-Crafted – Alpha variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 2.5 to 5 meters.
- Salvation of Bakka variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 3 to 5 meters.
- Gathalamor Crusade variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 3.5 to 5 meters.
Heavy Melta Rifle
- Standard-Issue and non-range-specialized variants: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 2 to 3 meters.
- Master-Crafted – Alpha variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 3 to 6 meters.
- Salvation of Bakka variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 4 to 6 meters.
- Gathalamor Crusade variant: Damage falloff start point adjusted from 5 to 6 meters.
Pickups
- Resolved an unintended side effect from a previous bug fix regarding relics spawning outside playable boundaries. Relic spawn locations are now more predictably distributed on higher difficulty tiers.
- This adjustment also resolves issues with low-drop-rate items such as Geneseeds, ensuring they will no longer spawn outside accessible areas on maps featuring branching pathways.

Crucible Mode
- Fixed an issue where previously selected Operations and difficulty settings inadvertently impacted Crucible Mode.
- Implemented a warning notification (“Not Enough Penances”) if an insufficient number of penances are chosen.
- Fixed a bug preventing the “Guardian Glyph” Penance from correctly reviving players afflicted by the “Curse of the Warp” Penance.
- Resolved an issue where the “Pandemonium” Penance occasionally failed to elevate Majoris-tier enemy spawn rates.
- Adjusted the numerical value of the “Pandemonium” Penance from 15% to 25%.
- Fixed a bug where the “Madness” Penance failed to increase the frequency of enraged Majoris enemies under certain conditions.
- Patched an exploit allowing sub-Level 25 players to queue into Crucible missions if two Level 25 players occupied the ready zone.
- Refreshed the “Quick Match” UI to present “Bonus Crucible XP” and standard “Crucible XP” values separately.
- Temporarily disabled the “Corruptive Miasma” Penance during specific boss encounter sequences, such as the Heldrake and Hierophant fights.

Chaos Siege Mode
- Fixed a bug that allowed players to take unintended damage from friendly Chaos portals.
- Reduced the melee damage output of summonable Hellbrutes by 30%.
- Addressed multiple instances where specific weapons failed to display their proper Chaos weapon skins during Siege matches.
- Loyalist Space Marines are now significantly more efficient at eliminating cultists in Chaos Siege mode.

Customisation
- Fixed a bug that prevented certain character hoods from accepting color customization.
- Resolved a similar issue where select robes could not be successfully recolored.
- Fixed a persistence bug where cloth customization settings failed to save across game restarts.
- Implemented numerous minor visual fixes and general asset improvements.
Quality of Life
- Granted players a brief window of invulnerability immediately upon recovering from a knockback state.
General Fixes
- Auspex Scan: Restored intended functionality from patch 14.2—Auspex Scan now correctly buffs Gunstrike damage by default without requiring specialized perks.
- Fixed a bug where the Heroic Bolt Rifle's Melta shot dealt inconsistent damage when slotted into the secondary weapon slot while utilizing the “Tactical Reserve” perk.
- PvP: Resolved an issue affecting all classes (including the Helbrute) where ability cooldowns regenerated twice as fast as intended under specific circumstances.
- Fixed a bug causing the “Elusive Fire” perk to malfunction when paired with the Heroic Melta-rifle.
- Resolved an audio bug where select Chaos Space Marine voice lines played without audio processing during Chaos Siege matches.
- Campaign: Fixed a rare progression bug where players could spawn into the campaign mission Dawn's Descent without their Thunder Hammer equipped.
- Deployed a variety of minor user interface and localization corrections.
- Applied crucial crash fixes and general stability enhancements.
