Hotfix 15.2

-
The time needed to build a single charge has been shortened to 1.25 seconds.

Energy Loop can now follow a Charged Impact, and its damage has been boosted by 100%.
-
Underhand Swing now deals 30% more damage.
-
Charged Impact now deals 15% more damage.
Weapon Perks
-
The “Preparedness” and “Brutal Reforge” perks now activate when an enemy is slain with a Finisher from a One-Handed Hammer.
-
The ability energy restored by the “Preparedness” perk has been raised to 5%.
-
The damage bonus from “Perfect Reprisal” has been raised to 50%. We also resolved a bug that caused the bonus to apply to every melee attack rather than solely to Light Attacks.
Heroic One-Handed Thunder Hammer – Power Maul
-
The Heroic perk no longer scales its damage with the number of charges held.
-
Charged Impact can now be performed with 1–2 charges.
-
Ground Slam can now be performed with 3 charges.
-
Ground Slam now guarantees a stagger on enemies it hits.
-
Ground Slam deals 30% more damage and its area of effect has been doubled.
Please note that the in-game text descriptions for the Power Maul do not yet reflect these changes. They will be corrected in a future patch.

Resolved a bug that disabled the Guardian Relic for the whole team when just one player activated the Curse of the Warp Penance.
-
Resolved a bug that let players use Stratagems to choose a Crucible mission and difficulty via the Hub Terminal.
