Grounded 2 Receives Major Update Allowing Players to Explore Pond Floor

The Into The Abyss update has been released, adding pond floor exploration, a new tammable amphibious mount, underwater base-building materials, and new and reworked creatures.

Grounded 2 has received its largest update yet, titled Into The Abyss. It expands the yard with a new area and introduces underwater exploration.

Players can now dive to the bottom of the pond and tame a new amphibious riding pet. New materials for building bases underwater have also arrived.

The update adds new creatures while reworking several others from the first game in the series. It also includes new collectible items to reward explorers and secret hunters.

Grounded 2 is available in early access on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
