Ayaneo Provides Shipping Update for Pocket Advance, Pocket Block, and Pocket Micro 2

An email from Ayaneo has given handheld fans a rough timeline for Pocket Micro 2 shipments, an update on assembly of the next KONKR Pocket Advance batch, and a start date for KONKR Pocket Block shipments.

Ayaneo sent the email to users. It covers shipping progress and shipment volumes for the KONKR Pocket Advance, KONKR Pocket Block and Pocket Micro 2 handhelds.

Ayaneo said it has shipped roughly 90% of all Pocket Advance preorders. Most of the remaining orders are for the onyx ice colorway. During the first preorders, the company warned that devices in that color would be among the last to ship.

Ayaneo also announced that its production team is already building the assembly schedule for the next Pocket Advance batches. KONKR Pocket Block shipments start this week, which most likely means October 19 to 23.

The good news ends there. Ayaneo closed the email by saying it had originally planned to begin Pocket Micro 2 shipments in late October, but its “controller supplier delivered the components a week later than expected.”

The delay pushes Pocket Micro 2 shipments to early November. Ayaneo expects all new orders placed in the coming weeks to ship by mid-November.
