Hacker voices38 Returns and Cracks Denuvo in Several SEGA Games
The Denuvo protection in one of the Kimetsu no Yaiba games lasted about five years.
Earlier this year, Denuvo’s lawyers tried to identify the well-known hacker voices38, but he did not give up. He has now returned and announced that he cracked two games from the popular franchise. This time he went after Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer).
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles launched in 2021. For the PC version, SEGA chose to use the infamous Denuvo, which many players blame for performance problems. voices38 worked through the protection. He performs a full DRM crack and does not rely on a hypervisor-based bypass.
Players can control well-known characters from the franchise, including Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado, as well as demons such as Gyutaro. They explore the world and fight demons.
voices38 also cracked Denuvo in the sequel, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2, which came out last year. In that game, players go through the story arcs of the Entertainment District and the Swordsmith Village, along with the Pillars’ training from the anime series.
People are now searching for voices38, but he apparently does not plan to stop.
