This arrival comes just three days after the film’s Japanese premiere on November 3, 2026. While these dates are locked for major markets, scheduling for other international territories remains under wraps.

Representing the 39th installment in the storied Godzilla franchise, Godzilla Minus Zero serves as a direct narrative successor to the Academy Award-winning Godzilla Minus One. Its release is meticulously timed for exactly three years after its predecessor’s launch. For devotees of the series, this date holds profound significance: it aligns with the annual “Godzilla Day,” commemorating the 1954 debut of the original masterpiece.

The swift transition between the Japanese and American premieres marks a significant milestone for the series.
