inXile Entertainment’s role-playing game Clockwork Revolution appears to be targeted for a 2026 release, according to former senior writer Nathan Long’s LinkedIn profile, which lists the project and a release window.

Long contributed to the title as a writer, narrative designer, and lyricist.

Clockwork Revolution was announced in June 2023, though the studio has not provided a specific launch date. The game is planned for PC and Xbox Series X/S, with a PlayStation 5 release still possible.

Game director Chad Moore and studio founder Brian Fargo have said that who you choose to speak with will shape the narrative and its consequences.

This is a game that can be unforgiving — not only in combat, but in the choices you make and in how the world responds to them.
Brian Fargo
