If you aspire to compete in the Shanghai Finals, here is everything you need to prepare.
To be eligible to participate:
• Competitors must be at least 14 years of age.

• Opens: 12 May 2026 – 00:00 GMT

Only performances achieved during the designated official window will be validated.
Following the conclusion of the online qualifier:

• Due to the unified regional format, Europe is allocated 16 qualification spots.
There will be six distinct Regional Shootouts:
• North America

• Africa
• Middle East & North Africa
• Asia Pacific
Contenders will vie for regional supremacy to secure their pathway to the FIA Finals.
• The two fastest drivers from each Regional Shootout will advance to the FIA Finals.
• Europe will send 4 drivers owing to its larger event structure.
• A total of 16 competitors will convene in Shanghai for the FIA Finals.

The bracket structure is as follows:

Drivers will be seeded based on their performance in practice sessions, with each knockout match determined by a single timed run.
