Fate Trigger to Launch in Early Access on PS5
Saroasis Studios, a Tencent subsidiary, has announced that Fate Trigger will enter early access on PS5 in the first quarter of 2026.
The title was previously unveiled for PC (Steam). It will be free-to-play, with planned ports for Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android arriving later.
Fate Trigger: The Novita is a 3D shooter featuring fully rendered anime-style characters and built on Unreal Engine 5. The story unfolds across floating islands beset by a destructive phenomenon called the Paleblight. Players assume the role of Awakeners, unravel the mysteries of this realm and battle foes. The game supports solo and team play, with weapon collection and crafting, and hero abilities that let you dominate enemies.
The developers pledge fair competition: an AI-driven anti-cheat system quickly identifies violators to maintain a secure playing environment. They promise a fast-paced, visually striking anime-shooter experience with a battle royale component.
