“Exodites” set announced for Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team — Aeldari riding dragons

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team fans will soon have the chance to pre-order the Exodites set. This box features Aeldari Dragon Lords and Dracoliths alongside Ork Beast Snaggas as non-player characters.

The developers announced the set during The Big Summer Warhammer Preview Show 2026. These models represent Aeldari who settled on distant planets long before the Fall of their civilization.

The kit contains a full team consisting of three Aeldari Dragon Lords and two Dracoliths. The box also includes invading Ork Beast Snaggas and squig-mounted fighters intended for use as NPCs.

The Exodite squad includes a Clanblade for melee combat, a Stonesinger psyker, and a Leystalker sniper. These specialists ride atop dragon mounts and possess distinct combat roles.

Smaller reptilian creatures, known as Dracoliths, accompany the Dragon Lords. They flush out fleeing targets, intercept flanking enemies, and use predatory instincts to track hidden prey.

Builders can assemble the Dragon Lords as lancers on drakes, and these models receive dedicated rules for Warhammer 40,000. The included data slate covers the culture, weaponry, and beasts of these reclusive Aeldari.

The set provides guides for building and painting terrain to recreate the environment of the Exodites. Players also get 20 new missions for Co-operative Operations. These missions form a campaign that pits the Dragon Lords against the Ork NPCs. The Kill Team box becomes available for pre-order soon.
