Ella Langley Surprises Stagecoach 2024 Crowd with Theo Von for ‘You Look Like You Love Me’

Ella Langley delivered a memorable surprise for her inaugural Stagecoach performance.

While many in the crowd might have anticipated a guest appearance by Morgan Wallen, the 26-year-old country standout opted for an unexpected turn, bringing comedian and podcast personality Theo Von onto the stage in Indio, California, this past Friday (April 24).

Following a set that featured tracks like “Bottom of Your Boots” and “Broken” from her recent studio album Dandelion, alongside “20-20” from her Still Hungover reissue, Langley invited Von to join her for a spirited rendition of her Riley Green collaboration, “You Look Like You Love Me.”

Donning a classic denim ensemble and a cowboy hat, Von stepped up during the second verse to deliver his lines with flair. “And that’s when I realized that she was every cowboy’s dream come true,” he quipped, gesturing toward Langley, much to the crowd’s delight.

The audience sang along in unison as the duo harmonized through the track’s catchy chorus. Referencing her recent appearance on his This Past Weekend podcast, Langley joked as he departed the stage: “Bet you didn’t expect that… keep ’em guessin’!”

“You Look Like You Love Me” remains a career milestone for the artist, having ascended to the top of Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in late 2024.

Langley rounded out her Stagecoach set with powerful performances of “Choosin’ Texas”—which has enjoyed a dominant seven-week run at the peak of the Billboard Hot 100—and “Weren’t for the Wind.”

Currently riding a wave of massive success, Langley is making significant waves on both the Hot 100 and the Billboard 200, where Dandelion secured a No. 1 debut. Her momentum shows no signs of slowing down, following her recent live premiere of “I Can’t Love You Anymore,” a new duet with Wallen performed at his Alabama stadium show on April 18.
