While PC players have already had a chance to dive into the Pragmata demo, console owners have been left in anticipation. According to recent developer updates, however, that wait is finally drawing to a close.
The game’s official X account recently confirmed that a console demo is slated for release in the very near future. While Capcom has yet to announce a specific launch window, they emphasized that fans will have the opportunity to experience Pragmata firsthand prior to its official debut. Based on the studio’s communication, the trial version is expected to hit Sony and Microsoft’s digital storefronts shortly.
Set in a near-future vision of a lunar research facility, Pragmata centers on the discovery of “Lunarfilament”—a mysterious material capable of replicating physical matter. Players step into the role of Hugh Williams, a protagonist who survives a catastrophic moonquake only to be rescued by an enigmatic android girl created through this advanced technology. The developers are promising a unique gameplay loop within a high-concept sci-fi world where survival becomes a desperate struggle after communication with Earth is severed.
The full version of Pragmata is currently scheduled to launch on the PlayStation Store on April 24, 2026.
