Dragons of Caledor Set for Blood Bowl Heading to Pre-order: Reinforcements for High Elves

In the very near future, Blood Bowl enthusiasts will have the chance to secure the “Dragons of Caledor” multi-part High Elf team, alongside the 21st issue of Spike! Journal, themed dice, a comprehensive reference card deck, and a dedicated Ogre booster set.

Beginning March 14, fans of the High Elves from the Warhammer: The Old World universe can place their pre-orders for the “Dragons of Caledor” multi-part kit, bringing refined elven strategy to the Blood Bowl pitch.

The box includes 12 finely detailed miniatures: six Linemen, two White Lions (Blitzers), two Dragon Princes (acting as Blitzers or Runners), and two Phoenix Warriors (Throwers). The set is rounded out with two balls, two double-sided coins, turn and re-roll markers, and a dedicated High Elf transfer sheet.

Customization is a key feature of the kit: four Linemen offer two head and plume variants, while the other two include unique plume options. Both White Lions come with two head choices and two left-arm poses, and each Dragon Prince can be assembled with one of two masks and two right-arm configurations.

Accompanying the release is Spike! Journal Issue 21. This 32-page softcover publication provides all the essential rules and player profiles required to deploy the Dragons of Caledor, alongside new special rules and thematic achievements for your league games.

Coaches can also upgrade their gaming setup with the High Elf Pitch set. This package includes a foldable, double-sided game board and a pair of matching dugouts, complete with integrated trackers for score, turns, and re-rolls, as well as designated areas for reserves and injured players.

A new set of reference cards will simplify gameplay, featuring four player cards, two ball-specific special rule cards, two pitch cards, two skill cards, and 16 blank player cards (ten for Linemen and two for each specialized position) for team tracking.

For those who value style, a themed dice set will be available, featuring three block dice, a scatter die, a D16, and two standard D6s with the team logo on the ‘6’ face. These are cast in a striking translucent light blue plastic with a “smoky” effect and white pips.

Finally, Ogre coaches can bolster their roster with a resin “Ogre Team Booster.” This kit allows for the assembly of two Ogres (customizable as Blockers or Punters with interchangeable heads and shoulder pads) and one Gnoblar Lineman to provide extra numerical support.
