Konami have signed soccer legend David Beckham as a PES Legend Ambassador for the most recent iteration of their footie franchise, PES 2018.

This means Golden Balls himself will probably be out there as a PES 2018 Legend, and, in response to Eurogamer, a number of “variations” of Beckham from 5 particular factors in his lengthy profession will probably be out there through myClub, from his English membership and worldwide days, to his time at Real Madrid, AC Milan, and LA Galaxy.
“It’s an ideal honour to affix the roster of legends that work with Konami as PES Ambassadors,” says Beckham. “I stay up for seeing my profession represented on this unbelievable sport, and dealing with such a proficient workforce of people that clearly love soccer as a lot as I do.”

PES 2018 is out on September 14, 2017. It took three years to make, and Konami say that means there will be some big changes with hopes of a high quality PC port this time round. Konami recently announced an “exclusive” PES 2017 partnership with Fulham FC.
