Czech President Boasts of “Global Hit” Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Made in His Country
The work of Warhorse Studios has captured the hearts of many.
A recent New Year’s address by the President of the Czech Republic has sparked significant interest among the international gaming community.
This attention stems from Petr Pavel’s specific mention of a “Czech computer game” during his official speech:
[…] we are one of the few nations in the world capable of producing everything from fine timepieces to aircraft, handling every stage from design to final manufacturing. A Czech computer game has become a worldwide hit.
Although Kingdom Come: Deliverance II was not explicitly named by the President, the timing and the general context clearly point toward the latest project from the Czech-based Warhorse Studios.
The game has earned immense praise from both critics and the global gaming community, currently holding a “Very Positive” rating on Steam with a 94% approval score.
