The initial expansion pack for Marvel Cosmic Invasion has officially launched, bringing two iconic heroes into the fold: the tactical X-Man, Cyclops, and the legendary Fantastic Four powerhouse, The Thing.
Cyclops arrives sporting a sleek, stylish jacket and utilizes his signature optic blasts to zone out opponents, seamlessly transitioning into devastating melee strikes. Meanwhile, The Thing functions exactly as you’d hope—a sheer force of nature who pulverizes enemies with his reinforced, rocky fists. True to his roots, he’s ready to shout, “It’s clobberin’ time!” You can pick up this dynamic duo as a bundle for just $3.99. Get a glimpse of their unique playstyles in the trailer below.
Tribute Games has also hinted that a second wave of DLC is scheduled for release this autumn. While we wait for further details on which characters will round out the next roster update, be sure to dive into our comprehensive review of Marvel Cosmic Invasion right here.
