Cuphead, Getting Over It, and West of Loathing choose up nominations for the 2018 IGF Awards

Every 12 months, the IGF Awards highlights a number of the greatest indie video games from the final 12 months, and it is a fairly prestigious award, with nearly 600 entries vying for seven awards. The remaining winners can be introduced at GDC in March 2018, with the winner of biggest award, the Seumas McNally Grand Prize, receiving $30,000.

On March 21 the winners can be introduced on the annual Game Developer’s Conference, and the winner of the alt.ctrl.GDC award will even be introduced, a particular award for the sport with essentially the most distinctive and inventive controller.
