Conan Gray Added to Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Lineup

Published Nov 24, 2025

Conan Gray will bring songs from his 2025 LP Wishbone to the heart of Manhattan this Thanksgiving. Billboard confirmed on Monday, November 24, that the indie-pop singer will perform during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 27; his set will take place near the flagship Macy’s store on 34th Street in New York City and air live at 8 a.m. local time.

The parade appearance follows the release of Gray’s fourth studio album, Wishbone, which arrived just over three months earlier and produced hits such as “This Song” and “Vodka Cranberry” — the latter of which he performed at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Wishbone reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200.

In addition to his parade performance, Gray will appear in a new Macy’s commercial titled “Holiday Gift Hotline,” which will debut during the broadcast. The ad pairs him with NFL quarterback Baker Mayfield and actor John O’Hurley as they consult Macy’s “Gift Guide,” personified by actress Alison Brie, for holiday shopping suggestions.
