Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Cinematic Lead Joins The Witcher 4 Development Team
The studio continues to bolster its ranks by recruiting high-tier specialists from across the industry.
CD Projekt RED has recently expanded its creative team once again. Joining the developers behind the next Witcher installment and the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is a cinematic artist recognized for her work on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Lucie Hennet has relocated to Poland to join CDPR’s primary headquarters in Warsaw. While she has not officially confirmed her specific assignment to “Project Polaris” (The Witcher 4), the studio is currently directing the vast majority of its resources toward the next chapter of the iconic fantasy franchise.
During her tenure at Sandfall Interactive, Hennet’s responsibilities for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 focused on “refining and cleaning up skeletal and facial data post-motion capture, as well as managing the technical transition of data from Xsens into Unreal Engine 5.” Beyond these technical duties, she assisted during live mo-cap sessions and played a pivotal role in streamlining the animation pipeline for cinematic sequences.
