BTS Teases Return of ‘Run BTS!’ With Pickleball Showdown in Toronto

BTS are returning with new episodes of their variety series Run BTS!, previewed in a teaser that shows the group’s games, challenges, and friendly competition.

Filmed in Toronto, the preview shows the seven members enjoying a picnic and playing games from past picnics. The group plays a quick game of speed walk before moving on to red light, green light.

“Why are you so fast?” Jung Kook says while running around the picnic before taking a tumble as the other members laugh.

The group then begins a pickleball tournament where the loser faces a punishment. The teaser shows the match with the members cheering and shouting before fading to black with a Run BTS 2.0 title card.

The return of the series follows the North American leg of the group’s ARIRANG World Tour, ahead of their upcoming South American leg. Their latest album, ARIRANG, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in April and has remained on the chart for 27 weeks.

The first episode of the new Run BTS! era premieres at 8 p.m. KST on Oct. 6, followed by the second episode at 8 p.m. KST on Oct. 11.
