Brendan Fraser to Star in Mars Flight Thriller

Academy Award winner Brendan Fraser has signed on to headline Starman, a gripping science-fiction thriller. Fraser will portray Tom Adams, an engineer selected for a pivotal Mars expedition intended to mark a monumental leap for humanity. However, the voyage takes a harrowing, unforeseen turn.

Josh Wakely is set to direct from his own screenplay, with production scheduled to commence this summer.

It appears that Fraser will be balancing this commitment alongside his work on the upcoming The Mummy sequel, which is slated to begin principal photography in August.
