Baldur’s Gate II: Rebirth Trailer Released — A Massive Mod Featuring New Locations and Quests
The modding community is gearing up for a massive influx of new content.
The development team behind Baldur’s Gate II: Rebirth has recently re-emerged, unveiling a stunning trailer for their ambitious total conversion project.
Rebirth takes players back to the year 1371 of the Dale Reckoning calendar:
[…] as armies collide on the field of battle and primordial forces awaken deep beneath the earth, a weary traveler sold into bondage is thrust into a monumental struggle between kings, dragons, and long-forgotten deities.
The creators intend to deliver an expansive five-chapter campaign, complete with uncharted territories to explore, hundreds of original quests, and much more.
While a specific launch date for Baldur’s Gate II: Rebirth has yet to be finalized, the developers are currently targeting a release window in the second quarter of 2026.
