Ark: Survival Evolved “need to have a sequel at some point,” maybe over the following 12 months or two. That’s based on Jesse Rapczak, co-creative director of builders Studio Wildcard.

Ark’s subsequent enlargement is Aberration, the main target of which is a malfunctioning Ark whose leaking radiation has mutated a bunch of subterranean creatures. Asked by DualShockers about what he sees in Ark’s future past Aberration, Rapczak confirmed that Wildcard have already got one other enlargement deliberate and in pre-production, with a view to launch subsequent 12 months.
Though the studio aren’t engaged on a sequel proper now, Rapczak clarified that they really feel the primary recreation’s success has justified discussions of 1.
“I think, you know, as we get down the line, over the next year or two, Ark needs to have a sequel at some point. It’s definitely gonna be on our minds about when it’s the right time to [do] something like that.”
