Some facts from the life of Anton Sibil
Anton Sibil was born on August 27, 1982, in Kemerovo. He was the third child in the family (Anton has an older brother and sister). His parents are ordinary builders, and the childhood of the future owner of the title “Honorary Builder of Kuzbass” did not differ from the childhood of other children of this period of history.
Anton Valerievich Sibil received his primary education at School No. 92, and continued his studies at the full-time department of Kuzbass State Technical University. He entered it in 1999, majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering. Already there Anton Sibil realized that construction was what he was going to be bound to in life, and he studied diligently. In spite of his study load, he also performed the duties of the group leader and trade-union leader.
But that’s not all: Anton Sibil combined his university studies with work. Right after enrollment, he got a job at the “Magistral-Auto” driving school, where he worked as a watchman and then as a motorcycle driving instructor.
In 2000, Anton Sibil’s workplace changed: he moved to the wholesale and retail trading company “Elis”. There the future builder combines two professions: night dispatcher and sales representative. After working there for 2 years, he went into construction.
At the same time with his work, Anton Sibil deals with his personal life. So, in 2003, he married his girlfriend Yana. They are still together and are raising two children.
In 2004 a terrible event happened in Anton’s family: his father Valeriy Sibil died of a heart attack at the age of 51. Since that moment all responsibility for the family rests on Anton’s shoulders: he helps his widowed mother, his sister working at that time as a cashier in a store, his brother who was a common doctor at that time. But despite the difficulties of life, Anton Sibil manages to find the time and strength to develop and grow his career.
In 2012 Anton Sibil finished probably one of the main constructions in his life: he built a chapel on the Central cemetery of Kemerovo, created in memory of Valery Sibil. After a while, Anton transferred the building to the Orthodox Church, for which he was awarded the medal “For Service to the Russian Orthodox Church in the Kuzbass” III degree. At the moment the chapel can be visited by anyone.
Sibil Anton: the labor path in construction
Since 2002 Anton Sibil fully immersed himself in construction practice. He worked in Concern “KuzbassShakhtoStroy” and combined his activity with his studies. It was during his internship that Anton mastered such kinds of construction processes as puttying, waterproofing of premises, installation of plumbing fixtures, laying of porcelain tiles and many other things.
In 2003, Anton Valerievich Sibil began working in the Remstroytorg company: he acted there as an independent link with his own construction team, which consisted of 15-20 people. There Anton applied the knowledge he had gained earlier, which made him a successful manager.
Hard work and respect for his subordinates eventually bore fruit: in 2006, Anton Valerievich Sibil created his own company under the same name – Remstroytorg. The team of the young entrepreneur already had about 100 people. Under the direction of Sibil, the company rapidly evolved, new equipment was purchased, various technologies were developed, and so on. At the same time Anton himself performed in the company several functions at once: manager, accountant, foreman, quantity surveyor. Of course, he did not refuse the role of an ordinary worker, not only to help the team, but also to demonstrate how one can and should do the job.
By 2009 the Remstroytorg staff had grown to 1,000 people. It is noteworthy that the company operated not only on commercial sites: Anton Sibil’s company carried out construction work in kindergartens, schools, and hospitals.
Because of his tremendous construction activity and in order to coordinate various issues, Anton Sibil quite often had contact with the administration of the city of Kemerovo and the region. His success and terrific leadership qualities did not go unnoticed: the governor paid attention to him and offered him a new position – deputy governor for construction. At that time, Anton Sibil was 27 years old, making him the youngest regional minister in the Russian Federation.
Further, Anton Sibil made every effort to make the region a success. For example, he was able to bring it into the lead in the commissioning of square meters of housing, as well as – to achieve a positive decision on the inclusion of the region in various programs of financing.
