It appears 20th Century Television has identified the actress who will play the female agent in the new The X-Files. The part is expected to go to Danielle Deduyler, known for the film “I Saw the TV Glow.” She is presently in the final stages of negotiations with the producers.
For context, the project has been in development since 2023. It was recently revealed that Ryan Coogler will be the creator of the pilot and will also direct and produce the series.
Chris Carter, the creator of the original X-Files, will likewise participate in the remake’s production.
