Smashing Pumpkins have dropped a brand new visible for his or her single “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts).” Directed and written by Billy Corgan, the absurd clip includes the band spending the evening in a haunted home as a part of a radio promotion. The station’s host is performed by none apart from Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath, who joined the band on stage at a live performance this summer season. Check out the video under.
The new video is the most recent from Smashing Pumpkin’s forthcoming document, Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun. That’s out November 16. It options the newly reunited band (sans D’Arcy Wretzky) with founding members Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, and longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder. The album contains their earlier single, “Solara.”
