Smashing Pumpkins have dropped a new visual for their single “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts).” Directed and written by Billy Corgan, the absurd clip involves the band spending the night in a haunted house as part of a radio promotion. The station’s host is played by none other than Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath, who joined the band on stage at a concert this summer. Check out the video below.

The new video is the latest from Smashing Pumpkin’s forthcoming record, Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun. That’s out November 16. It features the newly reunited band (sans D’Arcy Wretzky) with founding members Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, and longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder. The album includes their previous single, “Solara.”
