Electronic music sensation Fred again.. has officially released the full footage of his monumental back-to-back performance with Daft Punk legend Thomas Bangalter. Fans can now experience the historic set in its entirety via YouTube.

The performance served as the grand finale of Fred’s acclaimed USB002 tour. Held on February 27 at London’s iconic Alexandra Palace, the event was particularly significant as it marked only the second time Bangalter has performed publicly in the last two decades. His only other recent appearance took place just months prior, when he joined Busy P and Erol Alkan for the Because Music 20th anniversary celebration at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.

The high-energy, two-hour showcase reached an emotional peak with a closing play of Daft Punk’s 2000 masterpiece, “One More Time.” The atmosphere at “Ally Pally” was electric, leaving both the crowd and Fred himself visibly moved by the moment.

In the wake of the show, the producer hailed the set as the greatest milestone of his professional life. On March 28, he took to Instagram to share a poignant reflection, describing a vivid dream in which he was 80 years old and living in a care home, repeatedly asking nurses to play the video of the performance so he could relive the magic.

“I usually have a rule that I don’t watch anything back,” he explained in the post. “I just do the thing, and then try to stay present and keep working on writing music. I’ve still never watched our Glastonbury set, or most things to be honest. But with this, I just can’t stop.”

He attributed this change of heart to the collaborative nature of the set, noting that because much of the music belonged to Bangalter, his usual “critical inner voice” was silenced. Instead, he found himself watching as a fan, proud of the profound human connection shared on stage. “It was not a nightmare,” he concluded. “It was definitely a dream.”
