Developer Karel Kolmann — who spent eight years at Warhorse Studios and made significant contributions to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — has officially joined CD Projekt RED. He now serves as a senior quest designer on The Witcher 4.

While working on Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Kolmann was in charge of the crime system and combat mechanics, authored eleven quests (including staging cutscenes and scripting dialogues), and developed the game’s hardcore mode.

The Witcher 4 is not expected to launch before 2027 on PC and consoles.
