However, it is highly improbable that they secured the rights to use Rockstar Games’ intellectual property. Should Rockstar or Take-Two Interactive choose to pursue legal action, the pharmaceutical company would likely face a swift defeat in court, leaving their aggressive marketing strategy completely flaccid.
