American Truck Simulator’s 2021 Thrustmaster T248 Giveaway

SCS Software marked the 2021 launch of the Thrustmaster T248 with a promotion for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. The studio announced the campaign on August 31 after testing pre-production wheels so both truck simulators could support the hardware’s features at launch.

What American Truck Simulator players received

Logging in to World of Trucks unlocked a miniature T248 steering wheel as a cabin accessory. ATS players could place the item inside a truck, take an interior screenshot at a location in the United States and share the image on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook with the T248 hashtag and the required account tags.

How the 2021 giveaway worked

SCS planned to select five winners later in September and send each winner a Thrustmaster T248 after the wheel became publicly available. The company also broadcast a Wyoming and T248 gameplay stream. Entries could be posted on the three social networks named by SCS, while the cabin accessory came directly through a World of Trucks login. Both parts belong to the 2021 campaign and are no longer current entry instructions.
