Euro Truck Simulator 2’s 2021 Thrustmaster T248 Giveaway

Euro Truck Simulator 2 took part in SCS Software’s Thrustmaster T248 launch campaign in 2021. SCS published the partnership on August 31 and said its programmers had worked with pre-production units so the wheel’s new functions would be supported when the hardware reached the market.

The World of Trucks cabin item

Every player who logged in to World of Trucks during the campaign received a miniature T248 wheel for the truck cabin. In Euro Truck Simulator 2, the accessory could be placed in the interior and used in a screenshot from any preferred European location.

Five wheels and a recorded stream

To enter the social-media drawing, players shared a cabin screenshot with the T248 hashtag and tagged SCS Software and Thrustmaster on the named platform. SCS said five winners would be chosen later in September. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook were the listed entry channels. The studio also recorded a Wyoming gameplay stream with the T248, even though the promotion itself covered ETS2 as well as ATS.

The miniature cabin item was separate from the five physical prizes. The cabin gift and contest have ended. Their original dates and conditions remain in the SCS Software campaign post.
