Anitta‘s Funk Generation: A Favela Love Story tops this week’s brand-new songs survey.
Music followers enacted a survey released Friday (Aug. 18) on Billboard, selecting the carioca funk trilogy as their favored brand-new songs launch of the previous week.
Funk Generation: A Favela Love Story generated majority of the ballot, can be found in at 53%. It defeated brand-new songs from Hozier, Addison Rae, Quavo as well as much more.
On the three-track collection, launched by Republic Records/Universal Music Latin Entertainment, the Brazilian super star returns to her structures with “Funk Rave,” plus 2 fresh brand-new tracks, “Casi Casi” as well as “Used to Be.” It Anitta’s initial task to be launched by Republic because signing with the label in April.
Trailing behind Funk Generation: A Favela Love Story on the survey is Hozier’s Unreal Unearth as well as Addison Rae’s AR EP, both with 10% of the ballot.
