The Farm 51 and Anraga Announce Rescue Drone Simulator: Second Chance for Q1 2027
Anraga Studios and The Farm 51 have announced Rescue Drone Simulator: Second Chance for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The studios plan to release the rescue-action simulator on all three platforms in the first quarter of 2027.
Players operate drones during fires, missing-person searches and infrastructure emergencies. The campaign follows specialists who can no longer perform their former jobs directly and use remote machines to return to rescue work.
Four machines with different roles
The rescue drone locates civilians and drops medical supplies. A firefighting model tackles flames, a police drone carries crowd-control equipment, and an interceptor uses a net launcher against hostile drones.
Flight is affected by mass, inertia, thrust, weather, damage and battery capacity. A workshop allows changes to components such as motors, propellers and batteries, with consequences for handling and endurance.
The announced campaign contains 20 missions across five maps and four acts. Simulator and Arcade control options cater to different levels of flying experience, with controller and keyboard-and-mouse support.
The game’s near-future setting draws on industrial design and analogue electronics from the 1980s and 1990s. Its Steam page is already available.
