The sci-fi series The Boroughs has officially unveiled its debut trailer. This latest project from Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer is set to premiere on Netflix on May 21.
The story centers on a group of retirees living in a New Mexico retirement community who unexpectedly discover an otherworldly entity that is consuming their time.
The ensemble cast features Alfred Molina, Geena Davis, Alfre Woodard, Clarke Peters, Bill Pullman, Denis O’Hare, and Jena Malone, among others. The screenplay was penned by Jeffrey Addiss and Will Matthews (The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance). The first season will consist of eight episodes.
