Sometimes escaping a raid is physically impossible due to factors outside the player’s control.
It was recently revealed that Tigz, a well-known Escape from Tarkov streamer, was the first in the community to pull off an escape.
The ” Tarkov Meta Movement” community drew attention to an unsuccessful run by player AlexPerch — in the final moments he encountered a critical bug that prevented him from getting the ending:
…AlexPerch was live and headed for the exit, poised to be the first player to complete the Watcher’s ending in PvP mode — but the game had other ideas: the exit was simply disabled. Over the past 24 hours he slept only two hours and spent the rest of the time attempting to escape Tarkov.
One member of the community suggested waiting for patches:
The game is still in development — wait at least for the 2.0 patch.
Another user commented:
Well, the Watcher has long said we won’t escape Tarkov — think about that.
