Zach Cherry (Split) and Kali Reis (True Detective) have joined the cast of the upcoming Resident Evil horror film. The picture will be directed by Zack Kregger (known for Orudiya).
Earlier, Austin Abrams and Paul Walter Hauser were added to the roster. Warner Bros. is scheduled to release the film in the United States on September 18, 2026. Reports suggest the plot follows a courier entrusted with delivering a secret package while trying to survive amid a zombie‑virus outbreak.
Kregger co-wrote the screenplay with Shay Hatten (John Wick). Jonno Wilson, known for Screech of Metal, is also listed among the cast.
