Frustration is mounting within the community over a technical failure involving a recent battle pass.
In late 2025, Battlefield 6 introduced a specialized 10-tier battle pass exclusively for “Battlefield Pro” subscribers.
One particular objective was designed to grant an immediate 8-level boost, but a critical glitch prevented early achievers from receiving their progression before a fix was implemented. Adding to the controversy, other players were able to bypass these levels by purchasing them with premium currency.
Although the holiday event has concluded, those impacted by the error have yet to receive their promised rewards. A player going by the handle UchihaSekiro voiced their grievances:
“I have invested 500 hours into this game, purchased the ‘Phantom’ edition, and cleared every single challenge, yet I am currently blocked from earning battle pass points. I completed the bugged objective the moment it dropped; now, while everyone else is rocking their new skins, I have nothing. It feels like a scam, plain and simple. I will not be quiet about this—I paid $100 and I won’t accept being deprived of what I bought. I’ve contacted support, but nothing has changed. This needs to be resolved immediately. If this isn’t fixed, I am done paying for Electronic Arts subscriptions. I’m even ready to walk away and delete the game—I won’t tolerate being a paying customer who gets cheated out of their content.”
UchihaSekiro and several other community members are now vowing to withhold future spending, with some even considering abandoning the project entirely following the incident.
