Solo Leveling continues to be Crunchyroll’s most popular anime and stands as one of the genre’s landmark titles of the past decade.
It’s hardly surprising the franchise quickly spawned a game adaptation. This time the project isn’t handled by Bandai Namco—known for its uneven anime tie-ins—but by Netmarble. The studio, following its work on Seven Deadly Sins, is building an expansive RPG centered on spectacle-driven combat.
Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive is scheduled to launch on November 17, 2025. The game will release on Steam and Xbox, with a PlayStation 5 version slated for 2026. Since the project is originally based on the mobile edition, some constraints carried over from Android and iOS will remain. Nevertheless, it’s one of the most eagerly awaited titles for fans, aiming to capture the spirit of the original series in an interactive format.
