Screen Stocks Releases a Steam Demo for Its Shared-Market Trading Clicker
Conradical Games and Oro Interactive have released a playable Steam demo for Screen Stocks, a multiplayer game built around a simulated stock market. Players buy, sell and short fictional stocks while competing in the same changing market.
Other traders’ actions can alter prices. Large purchases may push a stock upward, while a sell-off can reverse its movement, making the timing of a trade part of the competition.
Trading meets clicker progression
Players reinvest earnings to improve income, dividends, trading volume and other statistics. Progress unlocks additional stocks and upgrades, including automated actions.
The Go Public option acts as a prestige reset: it clears the bank account in exchange for stronger starting statistics on the next climb.
Screen Stocks can occupy the full screen or a small corner of the desktop. The market keeps running while the player does something else, so returning to the window may reveal a changed portfolio.
The demo is available on Steam. A full-release date was not specified in the announcement.
