It seems that it was not really planned, and yet: there are many cheat codes for Returnal, the famous PS5 exclusive. A priori, it would seem that these are primarily codes used and designed for developers, who forgot to delete them from the final version. Here is the procedure to follow to take advantage of it and, be careful to apply it scrupulously!
- CHEAT CODES DO NOT WORK BEYOND VERSION 1.003: BE CAREFUL NOT TO UPDATE THE GAME IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY IT.
To use Returnal’s codes, you will need a keyboard (yes, computer) and connect it to your PS5. From there, you can perform the following combinations:
- Spawn weapons of your current level: press and hold shift, control, alt 1 to 0
- Instantly get the last place (undergraduate): press and hold the shift, control, 8 keys
- Instantly return to the ship to heal: press and hold shift, control, 4. Be careful not to use keys 3 or 7 because of the freeze.
- Obviously, the keys 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 0 do nothing. Who knows, maybe more obscure manipulations will emerge in the next few days …
