Resident Evil: Survival Unit Arrives in November, Unites Heroes from Past Installments
Aniplex and JoyCity have confirmed the worldwide release of Resident Evil: Survival Unit, a new mobile title set to launch on iOS and Android on November 18, 2025.
The story unfolds in an alternate take on the Resident Evil universe. Players assume command of a survivor squad confronting a viral catastrophe and swarms of the undead. The game allows recruiting iconic series characters — Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Jill Valentine — each with distinct stats, weapons, and signature abilities.
Gameplay focuses on fast-paced, real-time combat where split-second decisions matter. Players will restore an abandoned villa, scavenge for resources, and erect defensive structures. Every choice influences the narrative and the team’s survival prospects.
The iOS version is already available on the App Store, while Android users can pre-register on Google Play.
