Release Window Announced for “Korea: IL-2 Series” — Pre-Orders Open and New Flight Simulator Trailer Released
An early access period will precede the full release.
1C Game Studios recently brought attention back to “Korea — The IL-2 Series,” releasing a trailer to mark the opening of pre-orders.
Two editions are available: the Standard Edition (3,990 RUB with the current discount; 4,990 RUB at regular price), and the Founder’s Pack (currently 4,990 RUB; full price 8,990 RUB), which includes the “2026 Expansion.”
The expansion adds five additional aircraft, exclusive paint schemes for each, and a deeper layer of interaction with the game world.
“Korea” marks the next stage in the IL-2 series’ evolution. Unprecedented levels of detail coexist with the franchise’s trademark balance between simulation depth and accessibility. Built on a new engine, the game delivers highly detailed damage modeling and a faithful simulation of physical systems.
Early access for “Korea — The IL-2 Series” will begin in spring 2026, with the full release scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
