Release Date revealed as Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion unveil ‘Bongos’

Get prepared for Cardi B as well as Megan Thee Stallion to collaborate once again, this moment for “Bongos.”

“Bongos” will certainly be below Friday (Sept. 8), Cardi as well as Megan simply introduced. The brand-new track can be pre-saved now through streaming solutions Spotify as well as Apple Music.

They introduced “Bongos” art work with the news. The vibrant aesthetic programs both rap artists in working with blue as well as purple singles as well as high heels, with their hairdo in lively, multi-colored swirls, as well as lollipops in hand.

Cardi as well as Megan haven’t shared additional information yet, however this is their 2nd collab — so followers are currently hyped. Their initial tune with each other — the NSFW blockbuster “WAP,” launched on Atlantic Records — invested four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2020.

“Y’all remember when the FCC almost sued me cuz I performed WAP at the Grammys? What about when all the republicans literally harassed me over it? On the news everyday… Y’all remember? Oooohhh cuz I do,” Cardi reminisced over the summertime. Last week, Cardi B as well as Megan won a court ruling throwing out a claim that implicated them of taking the verses to “WAP” as well as Meg’s “Thot Shit” from an earlier track called “Grab Em by the P—-.”

Also in August, Cardi gave an update on her student cd that remarkably ended up being a decoy — or perhaps “Bongos” simply happened extremely lately.

“I’m not going to release any more collaborations,” she claimed for her Vogue México y Latinoamérica cover tale. “I’m going to put out my next solo single. Right now, I’m working on the cover art and ideas for the next record because it’s definitely coming up. Everyone always tells me I should put the record out now. They did when I released ‘WAP’ [with Megan Thee Stallion] and when I released ‘Up,’ but I always let them know I’m not going to wait long after all these singles. So stay tuned because it’s coming out very soon.”
