Priscilla Presley has issued a scathing response following a bizarre new development in her acrimonious legal feud with former business associates Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The latest court filings allege that Riley Keough—the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and granddaughter of Elvis—is the biological mother of John Travolta’s teenage son.
In legal documents surfaced on Thursday (Dec. 18), the plaintiffs—who initiated litigation against Presley in early 2024 over alleged business improprieties—asserted that John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, utilized Keough’s donated eggs to conceive their son, who is now 15. The filing further alleges that in exchange for the donation, the Daisy Jones & The Six star was compensated with approximately $20,000 and a vintage Jaguar.
The sensational claims don’t stop there. The lawsuit suggests that prior to this arrangement, Travolta and Preston had attempted to conceive using eggs provided by Keough’s mother, the late Lisa Marie Presley. According to the documents, Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s former husband, is the individual who purportedly shared this information with Kruse and Fialko.
Representatives for Presley, Keough, Travolta, and Lockwood have been contacted for official statements regarding these assertions.
In a statement provided to TMZ, Priscilla’s legal representatives, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, condemned the filing. “These latest outrageous allegations bear no relevance to the actual claims of this case,” they stated. “Such conduct is reprehensible and will be dealt with strictly within the judicial system.”
Conversely, legal counsel for the plaintiffs argued that Kruse and Fialko were “heartbroken” at the necessity of filing an amended complaint, stating that they have been subjected to “horrific accusations” that lack evidentiary support.
It is important to note that statements within legal filings remain unproven allegations. Since the litigation began, Kruse and Fialko have introduced a series of increasingly provocative claims, including the suggestion that Priscilla prematurely ended Lisa Marie’s life support in 2023 and the wild assertion that she extorted Elvis Presley before contributing to his 1977 passing—all of which Priscilla has categorically and vehemently denied.
The original dispute centered on claims that Priscilla abruptly severed ties with the duo after they rescued her from “imminent financial collapse.” In July 2024, Priscilla escalated the battle by countersuing for elder abuse, characterizing their actions as a “premeditated scheme” designed to siphon her remaining wealth.
