Planet Zoo 2 Released with New Trailer Showcasing Animals and Aquariums

Players can now build a dream zoo from the ground up, ranging from enclosures and aviaries to aquariums with marine life, before stepping beyond its borders to explore the wilderness.

Planet Zoo 2 is out now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Its launch trailer showcases a variety of animals, aquariums, and enclosures, alongside new reserve management features.

Frontier has released the zoo simulation sequel following a series of showcases and announcements. The developers thanked players and expressed interest in seeing what unique projects they will create.

A beginner’s guide is available to help players start building their own zoo. Players have access to a wide selection of animal species to care for. Alongside traditional enclosures, the game introduces aquariums, aviaries, and a dedicated reserve management mode that allows players to explore the wilderness in specialized vehicles.

Frontier is known for post-launch support, meaning Planet Zoo 2 will receive new features and animal species in future downloadable content.
