We are rolling out the inaugural update following the launch of Peace for our Time last week. It is time to mobilize your forces, crush your adversaries, consolidate control over your puppets, and coordinate closely with your allies. Gameplay Enhancements

  • The Bohemia formable nation now features a distinct golden color scheme.
  • Poland has received a new focus branch granting access to Czech MIOs and Industrial Concerns.
  • Replaced incongruous focus icons within the CZE Communist political branch that previously utilized assets from the Soviet 2D art pack.
  • Integrated “Wielding the Hammer,” a new focus for the Czech tree that provides a unique national idea.
  • Integrated “Emergency Measures,” a new focus for the Czech tree that provides a unique national idea.
  • Added the “Demand the Czech Corridor” focus, enabling Czechoslovakia to press territorial claims against Austria.
  • Completing “Contact the Czech and Slovak Legion” now grants a bonus to your number of Aces.

Bug Fixes and Refinements

  • Corrected a logic error where “End the Oppression of the Hungarian workers” mistakenly targeted León, Spain, rather than South Transdanubia, Hungary.
  • Resolved an issue where the Škoda tank MIO was incorrectly defaulting to Armored Cars during variant creation and production.
  • Squashed various typographical errors within names and narrative descriptions.
  • Addressed a balance issue allowing the Protektorat Böhmen-Mähren to attain seven research slots in the 1939 bookmark.
  • The “I Didn’t Hear No Bell” achievement can now be successfully unlocked after a cosmetic tag change.
  • Fixed a synchronization issue where puppet Slovakia failed to update its cosmetic tag after transitioning from CZE to GER overlordship.
  • Ensured the “Divided Nation” spirit is correctly removed, even if the final decision is interrupted.
  • Standardized the costs for Slovak Navy Chiefs who previously shared identical traits and generic portraits.
  • Clarified the tooltip for the “Demand a Corridor to the Soviets” focus.
  • Prevented the Škoda inlay window from overlapping with focus trees during specific political paths.
  • Updated the Czech translation for “Tatíček Masaryk” to use the historically accurate term for “Daddy.”
  • Fixed non-functional modifiers associated with Czech special projects.
  • Corrected the historical year in the “Revert the 1926 Anti-Military Laws” focus localization to 1927.
  • “Realize the Polish-Czechoslovak Confederation” now requires Poland to be engaged in the same conflicts as Czechoslovakia.
  • Rebalanced the Slovak Army national idea.
  • The event to demand Katowice from Poland now displays the intended option text.
  • Fixed character encoding errors in the localization of Japanese MIOs.
  • Refined the localization for the “Tatíček Masaryk” focus and the “Ceské Slezsko” state.
  • Corrected a typo found in the “Smaller Air Plants” focus.

AI Improvements

  • Optimized German AI production logic to ensure sufficient transport plane deployment.
  • Implemented a new strategic directive for Slovakia, compelling them to provide active support to Germany on the Eastern Front.
  • Rectified inverted ai_chance parameters triggered during the puppeting of Hungary.
  • Introduced more precise AI probability modifiers for a variety of Czech-specific events.
